By signing this Agreement the parties agree to terminate the periodic tenancy agreement (for the purposes of entering into a new fixed-term tenancy agreement).

By signing this Agreement the parties agree:

To terminate the Periodic Tenancy Agreement.

To enter into a new fixed-term tenancy agreement.
