Clause 13
Licensee’s Default
Default occurs if the Licensee:
(1)
(a)
fails to pay any monies owing under this Agreement; or
(b)
fails to observe and comply with any of the other obligations imposed upon the Licensee
within 14 days of service of notice from the Licensor so to do.
(2)
is in default in respect of its obligations under the Lease in which case the Licensor may immediately terminatedetermine this Licence by notice in writing to the Licensee.
