Additions / Changes:

 

Clause 1

All Bidders must be registered in the Register of Bidders and display their allocated Bidder Number when making a bid.

 

Clause 2

No bids will be accepted from unregistered persons

 

Clause 4(b)

If the Seller sets a reserve price for the Property under the Act, Section 213 574A, the Auctioneer must not accept a bid from the Seller that is higher than the reserve price set for the Property.
