Note: The Renter Tenant is required to remedy the breach stated in item (78) and pay the compensation stated in item 9 within:


3 days for breaches of Section 89 in respect to Sections 86(1) (b), (d) or (e); or

7 days for breaches of Section 60; or

14 days for breaches of Sections 60, 61, 63, 64, 70 or 89 (in respect to S 86 (1)(a), (c) or (f)); or

14 days for breaches of Section 89 in respect to Sections 86(1) (a), (c) or (f).

You must not commit a similar breach again.

Failure to comply with this notice will result in one of the following:

(a)

The Rental Provider Landlord/Agent making an application for compensation or a compliance order with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal; or

(b)

The Rental Provider Landlord/Agent serving you with a Notice of Intention to Vacate if Section 91ZP 240 (Successive Breaches by a Renter Tenant) applies.

(c)

The Landlord / Agent serving you with a Notice to Vacate if Sections 249, 283 or 308 apply.
