Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 (the Act) Sections 91 and 93

This notice is to be given by the Landlord/Landlord’s Agent to the Tenant of the Premises to notify the Tenant of an increased in rent that shall be effective not less than two months 60 days after the day this notice has been served.

NOTES

(2) If this notice is being served by post at least four (4) working days should be added to the amount of notice, to ensure that the two months 60 days notice is taken from when the Tenant receives the notice by post.
