This Agreement does not prevent any party making a disclosure required by law and does not include information which is normally or already in the public domain.

All information and material provided under this Agreement (other than any information and material which the parties agree in writing may be retained by the prospective buyer) will be returned, destroyed or otherwise dealt with in accordance with the Property/Business owner’s instructions and duplicates of such information are not to be made.

This Agreement commences upon execution by all parties, and is to remain in effect, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.
