This Agreement
By signing this statement before the End Date of the current Fixed-Term Tenancy Agreement the parties agree to renew the Tenancy for a new Term and to the new End Date at the new Rent and Rental Bond adjustment specified in Item (5) of this Schedule. The parties also agree that all terms and conditions stated in the current Fixed-Term Tenancy Agreement will continue to apply.
By signing this Agreement before the end date of the current Fixed-Term Tenancy Agreement between the parties, for the rental of the Premises (Item 4) the parties agree:
